Project: to design and build a 6.0m Mobile Dental Surgery for NHS Dental Services the unit is built on a 7,500kgs chassis cab and comprises of surgery with separate waiting area. The unit requires minimal set up and can be fully operational within 20 minutes of arriving on site, making the unit ideal for touring rural areas, schools etc
The surgery incorporates the following equipment
- Fully Automatic Adjustable Dental Chair
- Wall Mounted Adjustable X-Ray Facility
- Overhead Operating Light
- Tridac Vacupac Aspirator
- Dental Cart
- Hot & Cold running water and
- Autoclave Instrument Sterilising unit

- Built in 7kva generator housed in under floor acoustically lined exterior locker with facility for 32amp land lead
- Roof mounted air conditioning unit with both heating and cooling capabilities

- Fully fitted laminated cabinetry complete with instrumentation drawers/guides
- Fitted upholstered seating with storage space in base to waiting area
- Exterior locker to house entrance steps handrail hinged to body for ease of operation
